Can you accept a mortgage refinancing application even though
my credit is bad?
A: Yes, we accept all applications and all credit. Our lenders
are extremely comfortable in assisting customers that have sub-prime
credit. Many times our customers are suprised at the many options
that offered to them.
Q: How do I know this site is secure?
A: Once you select the type of loan you would like to apply for,
our site sends you to our encrypted server, meaning that in the
process of transmission, the information you input is jumbled
into a code that only our server can read. You can recognize this
by looking at your web address bar. Notice the "https://"
instead of "http://". As a word of caution...please

Q: I would rather apply by phone, can I do that?
A: Due to security issues, we hope you can understand why we cannot
take phone applications. We take your privacy very serious, thus
the only way to apply is on our secure server.
